Progress in 2025
We continue to focus on asset support, maintenance and renewals in our markets where spending in these areas is backed by committed programmes of investment. During the year we continued to deliver on a number of key frameworks to support essential network assets. We also exited our Specialist Building operations and are now a pure-play engineering services provider.

During the year we acquired Full Circle which broadened the Group’s capabilities and geographical reach. The team continues to focus on acquisition opportunities that are aligned with the Group strategy as well as opportunities to grow the business organically.
